The design was a finalist in an architecture contest
Fundamental to the design was the idea of the innovative character of the nuclear sector, this itself being rooted in the experience of the past generations. Façade design provided for a combination of both distinctly modern traits and those defined by the context. This allows to smoothly introduce the new pavilion into the existing historical landscape.
