Business Centre ‘Nevskaya Ratusha’ - Opening Ceremony

On March 20, 2014 the opening ceremony marking the end of the main construction works regarding the first two premium class business centres that are part of an even bigger business complex ‘Nevskaya Ratusha' has finally taken place. The two buildings in focus are Number 2 and Number 3 business centres officially registered with local authorities and allowed for exploitation in 2013. Number 1 business centre has already been booked for 24 Government Committees and the City Administration Divisions of Saint - Petersburg.
‘VTB - Development', the project's developer, has no doubt that 90-95 % of the squares available for lease will have been occupied before the end of the year. The second business centre has been reserved for ‘VTB' and its structures, the third one, with the preliminary contracts signed for just 25 % of the total square available, remains open for a proposition from some respectable company which is said to have arrived recently.
