In beige style
The complex consists of two buildings - residential and hotel. The first is a 20storey building (maximum approved by Land use and development rules), the other is 16storey one. On the plan the apartment building is П-shaped, it's "legs" are slightly sprawling, following the trapezoidal shape of the site, and the hotel building is like a wide tick unfolding toward the house so that they form a large inner yard. At that the architects smooth and round corners, which front the metro station, thereby softening and leveling the point, formed by the intersection of two highways. The apartment building and the hotel are not connected, passages among them connect the outside urban life with the inner courtyard. The architects landscaped its large area, placed rest areas and kindergarten playground there. Facades of the both buildings are similar. They are finished with boards of pale, beige and brown with white horizontal inserts. The only difference is that the residential building has larger division, hiding its true height and also rare glazed bay windows, built in six level columns. From afar the pale chocolate facades seem wooden, on the one hand, this adds "natural look" to the complex and brings closer to the nearby small garden, and on the other hand it promises to enrich the palette of the area where grey color is dominating.
