Residential House on Egorova street

 In this building, a residential space, office premises, utility services, and an underground parking are comprised in a single complex. Rectangular shapes underlie the building composition, which is defined by the rhythm of horizontal and vertical sections of the façade. The residential building is comprised of parts of different height: the three parts along the main façade have 7 storeys each, while five inner parts inside the block have 9 storeys each. This allowed to use the plot more efficiently without visually disturbing the existing proportions of the whole street. The plastic solution of the façade shows the same features as were used in Emerald hotel at Suvorovsky prospect, namely brutally shaped four-level paned balconies with an extending cornice on top and massive columns at the corners at the ground floor level
